Elie Coffee House is a family run business and aims to provide a high quality service to all our customers. Please see a full copy of our terms and conditions.

Carriage

For orders up to £50 post and packaging is charged at £4.99 (except for Coffee Machines which are also be charged at £4.99) for delivery within mainland UK. Orders over £50 will be shipped free of charge to mainland UK addresses. We are happy to deliver outside mainland UK but please call or email for a quote.

Despatch

Despatch is normally within 2 working days for items which are in stock. Standard delivery is by Royal Mail or other carrier and will generally be within 5 working days. Your goods may be sent to you in instalments if some items are out of stock.
If your delivery is outwith mainland UK, you will be responsible for any import duties and taxes which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must also meet any additional charges for customs clearance.

Payments

Payments are processed via Google checkout and Google checkout’s terms and conditions apply to protect you but do not affect your statutory rights. All orders are subject to acceptance and to order availability.

Recycling

We are trying to do our bit for the environment as well as keeping the cost to you as low as possible and accordingly we may re-use the packaging we receive from our suppliers. This means that your items may be sent in boxes and wrapped in paper and/or bubble wrap which has been used before.

All prices are correct at the time of entering the information however, we reserve the right to change the prices of any product at any time. All prices include UK VAT.

Order Cancellation

If you have submitted an order and want to cancel it please call or email as soon as possible. If the order has been processed we may not be able to cancel it.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us as soon as it arrives and return it to us within 7 working days for a refund, exchange or credit.
Please note that we do not give exchanges, credit notes or refunds on items returned after seven days or items lost or broken during return transit. We do not pay for postage/carriage on returns unless the return is as a result of our error or the goods are faulty. We deal with returns as quickly as we can, but during our busy periods please allow 14 days for your return/exchange to be processed.
