250gBlended from organically grown coffees with origins as diverse as Honduras (the La Central Cooperatives) and Sumatra (the PPKGO Cooperative) and combined with Ethiopia's two most renowned coffees - a naturally processed Harar for body and depth of flavour and a washed Yirgacheffe for fruitier notes. These contrasting coffees are both sourced from the Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union in two very distinctive regions of Ethiopia. We've roasted this rich, chocolatey coffee with the festive season in mind. Each of the cooperatives that produced the coffees are Fairtrade certified, guaranteeing that each of their farmer members receive a fair price for their coffee and the additional Fairtrade social premiums that can be used for reinvestment by the farmers and their local communities. The bittersweet notes of the dark roast entwine with the velvety body and long lasting aftertaste - the perfect coffee to compliment that perfect Christmas dinner and celebration.
